 Better Than Expected Low-Carb Breakfast Bar Worth a Try, 2007-02-19
There are so many breakfast bars on the market that I lose track of what I like and what I don't. The Atkins Advantage bar falls a bit ahead of the rest of the pack since it has a more substantive taste that does not overdo the sweetness of the chocolate. It manages to avoid most of the cardboard consistency that makes many of its competitors inedible. With an emphasis on its low carb count (15 grams), each 1.3-ounce bar contains 160 calories, 70 of which are from fat. About 23% of the 8 grams of fat are saturated. I also recommend the peanut butter variation.

 Much better than a granola bar, 2004-09-22
good consistency, texture, not too sweet. Not too cookie like, and also no dray as sawdust-my favorite out of all of them and at 13 grams of protein, 160 cals and only 2 net carbs, with losts of cute little chocolate chips, and chcolate coating on the bar, it is the most fun of all the bars-I even got my mother to eat and enjoy one!

Good chocolate fix, 2004-08-06
These bars are pretty good, as low carb. bars go. Not as good as a chocolate chip cookie, though. They will work for a quick fix for a chocoholic.
